Advisory and consulting
Define the program before you build it.
Plan an aviation technical publication program around the content you produce, the people who use it and the systems it must connect with. Synaxiom helps define requirements, design the NIVOMAX solution and prepare the operating responsibilities before implementation begins.

Establish the requirements
Work through the functional and nonfunctional requirements with publication, IT and business teams. Document performance needs, governance obligations, access rules and the decisions that require Licensee approval.
- Publication sources and production workflows
- Users, roles and customer access
- Performance, availability and recovery objectives
- Security, compliance and governance requirements
Document the solution
Define how the selected NIVOMAX applications, publication data and existing systems fit together. The blueprint records the configuration, integrations, dependencies and responsibilities needed to implement the agreed design.
Design the environment
Translate capacity, connectivity and operating requirements into an infrastructure design. For cloud deployments, identify the provider services and configuration the solution needs, including the relevant AWS or Azure services.
Prepare the people and the change
Plan the rollout, internal coordination and communications with end users. Identify training needs, procedure changes and the handover work required before teams take on their responsibilities.
Make the delivery responsibilities clear
Record who supplies data, approves decisions, configures systems and accepts the work. Where other providers are involved, define their interfaces with the Licensee and Synaxiom teams.
Carry the design into implementation
Use the agreed blueprint as the basis for configuration, integration, testing and handover.
