™Maintenance, repair and overhaul
Bring publication capabilities into your maintenance work.
Use licensed OEM technical publications alongside your own maintenance content and additional NIVOMAX capabilities. Synaxiom helps maintenance, repair and overhaul organizations configure the environment and connect publication access with their teams, workflows and systems.
™
Keep OEM data under OEM control
Receive publications under the rights supplied by each OEM. The OEM data remains unchanged, with publication access and licensing controlled by that OEM.
Your own content and separately licensed capabilities form an additional part of the environment. They do not replace the OEM publication controls.
Add the content and capabilities your teams need
Use separately licensed authoring capabilities for your own publications, or add extensions such as SkyTask where they fit the work. Plan how this content will sit alongside the OEM libraries.
Synaxiom can help define the requirements, prepare data and implement the agreed applications and integrations.
Connect the work with your maintenance systems
Work through the interfaces, roles and procedures needed for publication access and your additional capabilities. Document the responsibilities held by the maintenance teams, IT providers and Synaxiom.
The maintenance organization retains its operational approvals and responsibility for the maintenance processes.
Build competence and choose support
Train eligible staff for their NIVOMAX responsibilities and arrange assistance where the operation needs it. Optional End-User Support can provide a direct channel for covered users.
Access to OEM publications does not automatically include direct Synaxiom End-User Support.
Discuss your maintenance workflows.
Tell us which OEM data your teams use, what content you want to add and where you need additional capabilities or service support.
