Build the knowledge your teams need to perform their NIVOMAX responsibilities. Professional Pathway is Synaxiom's remote training and certification program for eligible licensed users and approved partners.

Plan training around the roles and procedures in the publication program. Help staff understand their responsibilities, perform the relevant workflows and know when to seek assistance.
Certification is awarded upon successful completion of the assessment.

Training for eligible licensed users and partners
Professional Pathway is available to Licensee organizations and users covered by a NIVOMAX license. Approved reseller and integrator teams may participate under their agreement with Synaxiom.
Plan an organization-sponsored program or inquire about training for an eligible individual. A participant may be new to NIVOMAX while belonging to an eligible licensed or partner team.

NIVOMAX Specialist
Build practical knowledge of publication access, library use and troubleshooting in NIVOMAX.
NIVOMAX Administrator
Coordinate platform use, help users and support adoption within your organization.
NIVOMAX Team Admin
Develop knowledge of user, license and resource administration for your team.
NIVOMAX Publisher
Work through publication preparation, content processing, revisions and release workflows.
NIVOMAX Trainer
Prepare to guide your colleagues through platform use and internal training.
NIVOMAX System (IT) Administrator
Develop knowledge of NIVOMAX deployment, infrastructure, integration and platform operations.
Include training in the operating plan
Identify the roles that need training during implementation and as the team changes. Coordinate learning with procedures, knowledge transfer and the work staff will take on.
