Implementation and integration
Put the designed solution into operation.
Implement the agreed design for your technical publication program. Synaxiom configures NIVOMAX, prepares the agreed environment and publication data, connects existing systems, and carries out testing and a documented handover.

Configure the platform and environment
Deploy the licensed applications and configure the environment against the agreed blueprint. Coordinate the work with the Licensee's IT team, including access, security hardening and the responsibilities held by other providers.
Prepare the publication data
Scope migration, data conversion and publication preparation around the content the Licensee supplies. Define the checks and approval gates required before the prepared publications are released.
Connect the existing systems
Implement the agreed connections with identity providers, publication sources and business systems. Test the interfaces and document their operating requirements.
Available identity capabilities depend on the protocols, providers and configuration selected for the deployment.
Test against the agreed requirements
Review application behavior, integrations and infrastructure performance against the agreed acceptance criteria. Record the results, outstanding items and decisions needed before handover.
- Application and publication workflows
- Access and integration behavior
- Performance benchmarks and environment checks
- Licensee review and acceptance
Complete the handover
Provide the configuration records, operating procedures and knowledge transfer included in the engagement. Establish how the Licensee team will perform its work and how issues will be escalated after deployment.
Prepare for ongoing operation
Include training and support planning in the delivery work. After handover, the Licensee can run the operation with its own team or purchase ongoing Synaxiom services.
