™Infrastructure work spans the service engagement. Design belongs to advisory and consulting, configuration belongs to implementation, and ongoing cloud infrastructure or Server Environment Support is selected separately.
Design against the operating requirements
Assess publication volumes, user concurrency, connectivity, growth and recovery objectives. Map those requirements to the services and configuration the Licensee's environment needs.
Configure and test the environment
Carry out the agreed configuration, security hardening and performance checks alongside the platform deployment. Document the results and complete the handover included in the engagement.
Define the operating responsibilities
The Licensee procures and controls its environment. Record the work Synaxiom will perform, the authorized access and the responsibilities retained by the Licensee's IT team and other providers.
Connect identity and enterprise systems
Review the identity provider and enterprise interfaces within the solution design. Implementation follows the agreed protocols, provider capabilities and configuration.
Select ongoing technical support
Server Environment Support covers the server software and operating environment required to run NIVOMAX, such as Apache, Java and other required components.
Cloud Infrastructure Management Support is available for eligible cloud environments, including AWS and Azure. Choose a customizable fixed plan for agreed proactive monitoring, checks and reports, or on-demand support with an eligibility fee and requested effort charged against your support bank.
The fixed fee covers the agreed recurring activities. Corrective action is charged separately by activity under both options. On-demand support includes no predefined recurring work.
Cloud Infrastructure Management Support is not offered for physical, on-premises environments.
