Senior SEO & Online Marketing Specialist

At Synaxiom, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SEO & Online Marketing Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and accelerate growth across our online channels. The successful candidate will take ownership of our search visibility, online campaigns, and digital strategy to ensure Synaxiom’s solutions reach the right audience at the right time.

 

Responsibilities

The SEO & Online Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic across global markets.
  • Conducting detailed keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization for website and landing pages.
  • Managing both on-page and off-page SEO, including backlink strategies and technical SEO improvements.
  • Planning and executing online marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital platforms.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Collaborating with content creators and developers to align SEO strategy with content marketing and website enhancements.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth in new digital channels and staying up to date with the latest search engine algorithms, digital marketing trends, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in SEO and online/digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and online advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
