Job Description:

We need you to:

1. Work closely with developers and system administrators to understand the capabilities of the system
2. Review, collect and analyze the IT technical requirements in order to document the processes, procedures, policies and work instructions
3. Format and enhance documents with creative writing involving computer technologies specifications, visual elements (graphics, images, and charts) if needed
4. Review documentation standards and the existing documentation, create and/or improve documentation templates
5. Use word-processing, desktop publishing and graphics software packages to produce final documents
6. Prepare any required illustrations and diagrams for IT specifications and project requirements
7. Develop a table of content for each document/manual and write or edit the required content
8. Maintain historical records by documenting program development and revisions
9. Maintain client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential

Requirements, Skills & Qualifications:

1. 2+ years in IT technical writing
2. Excellent English technical writing skills
3. Office Suite; Adobe/Microsoft
4. Working knowledge of technical matters should dovetail with the company’s technical expertise

Previous experience working on projects for customers in the USA, Canada, Europe and/ or Australia will be a very valuable asset to the applicant.
