Job Description:
We need you to:
- Work closely with developers and system administrators to understand the capabilities of the system
- Review, collect and analyze the IT technical requirements in order to document the processes, procedures, policies and work instructions
- Format and enhance documents with creative writing involving computer technologies specifications, visual elements (graphics, images, and charts) if needed
- Review documentation standards and the existing documentation, create and/or improve documentation templates
- Use word-processing, desktop publishing and graphics software packages to produce final documents
- Prepare any required illustrations and diagrams for IT specifications and project requirements
- Develop a table of content for each document/manual and write or edit the required content
- Maintain historical records by documenting program development and revisions
- Maintain client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential

Requirements, Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years in IT technical writing
- Excellent English technical writing skills
- Office Suite; Adobe/Microsoft
- Working knowledge of technical matters should dovetail with the company’s technical expertise
Previous experience working on projects for customers in the USA, Canada, Europe and/ or Australia will be a very valuable asset to the applicant.
