Development Process
The SynAxiom Development Process consists of five stages: consulting, planning, development, integration and support (ensured success). All divisions within the group follow these simple yet effective principles allowing integration of solutions provided by each simple and seamless.
We can also begin from any point of the development process provided the client supplies clear specifications for all information regarding any previous step in the Process.
Consulting
During this initial stage customers communicate with our specialists providing all relevant information and details to establish all required parameters, goals and overall tasks. Clients receive consultation from SynAxiom's Solution Consultants in order to establish the appropriate technologies and development tools for the customer specific solution.
Planning
SynAxiom develops detailed and clear project specifications with timeframes and costs of every phase of the project development and implementation. Such detailed planning is required to ensure that the final solution matches all client requirements.
Development
As project specifications are approved SynAxiom begins development of customer specific solution. During the development stage the customer has full access to all activities in this process and is able to change and modify any aspect of the final solution at any time. Client maintains full control of the entire development process.
Integration
At this stage the solution is ready to be integrated into the client's business process. Final product is delivered as a turnkey solution - install and configure it accordingly to hardware and business needs, and provide training and support for staff if needed.
Support
Supporting stage includes bug fixes, adjustments, corrections etc.
