The Company:
The PyramidDevcor Group invests by forming either joint ventures, limited partnerships, or by combining capital from equity raised in Canada, U.S.A and Europe. To date, the PyramidDevcor Group has closed on over 120 million dollars of residential and commercial real estate. We have also facilitated transactions of over 60 million dollars (due diligence), for private and institutional investors. Our careful analysis and prudent management has resulted in over 55 successful partnerships. We manage every property as if it were an independent business, with meticulous attention to the bottom line.
The Challenge:
PyramidDevcor needed to update their image online by redesigning their website. They found the old color scheme to be dark and not up to their standards. They wanted to revamp their entire website while maintaining the existing functionality and adding some extras.
The Solution:
SynAxiom redesigned their website to bring it up to a more modern design utilizing lighters colors. We also included Google maps to show the location of their properties within a map, since their clients are world wide the use of the Google API helps in finding specific locations in relation to the city. PyramidDevcor also wanted to add a touch of flash content in order to give the homepage a little bit of life. We implemented a 3d animation of their logo in order to achieve this effect.
The Result:
The new website is brighter in color scheme and more visually appealing to their clients. The functionality is ideal for the client’s needs resulting in a very happy customer.
