The Organization:
CPA Lasalle is a non-profit organization of volunteers whose mission is to develop all disciplines of figure skating to all levels of capability. They are located in LaSalle and offer skating classes to children as young as four years old as well as adults and they participate in many different skating competitions.
The Challenge:
CPA LaSalle wanted a new website that would have a backend that they could manage themselves and allow them to update / modify the content whenever necessary. They also wanted to have the registration forms available on their website for skaters to download. The main goal was to create a website that was easy to update and had a simple, straightforward navigation. The members also wanted to be able to upload and present photos of recent events and competitions to display on their site.
The Solution:
SynAxiom redesigned their website and implemented a complete content management system allowing the administrators full access to the website to be able to modify and update the content whenever they wished. A training session was provided on the functioning of the cms to make the transition run smoothly. A new design was created that was simple and clear and that would flow with the content of the site as well as the upcoming modifications.
The Result:
The new website has a brighter design and is much more functional with the new cms. The content is always being updated by the administrators offering visitors a constant eye into the happenings at the LaSalle Skate club. The functionality is ideal for the client’s needs resulting in a new, more complete online portal for skaters in LaSalle and throughout Montreal.
