How do I submit a ticket?

In order to submit a ticked, you must have a valid username and password provided by SYNAXIOM. The help-desk is only available to our clients with a current maintenance agreement. Once you are logged in please click on the “Submit a Ticket” button on the right to create/submit your ticket.

How do I change my password?

If you want to change your password, just click on the ‘LOST PASSWORD’ link on the login window and follow the instructions to change your password.
